1. General Questions

How long does it take to get my lychee?
If you are on the island of Oahu, shipping takes approximately 24-48 hours after shipping confirmation. Neighbor islands can take up to 72 hours after confirmation. 
Can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.
Where do you ship to?
We currently are only able ship within the Hawaiian islands, allowing us to ensure the quality of the lychee as it gets to you!
If I am on Hawaii Island/Big Island, can I pick it up?
Feel free to contact us for more options for pick up or delivery. We would be happy to accommodate you and your needs.

Healing Hearts Lychee does not accept returns, and refunds are not guaranteed. If your order is severely delayed, or you have any questions about delivery contact: healingheartslychee@gmail.com

Please take multiple pictures of your fruit IMMEDIATELY upon arrival. If there are concerning weight discrepancies or major damage to the fruit, pictures of the box and the fruit inside will allow us to assess quality concerns and continue with any next steps to remedy the situation. Damaged or crushed boxes are common and out of our control, however, you can contact us for case by case situations. We ship our best lychee and enforce the packaging to make sure you get your fruit as yummy as possible.

Each order is picked and packed as the order comes in, so we can ship the lychee with optimal freshness while at it's highest quality. 

1. The Products

What's the best way to store my lychee?
The best time to eat our lychee is as soon as you receive your order! We recommend putting your lychee in an air tight container, like a plastic bag, and storing it in the refrigerator. Lychee is susceptible to light exterior browning, but does not lose that sweet taste!
What can I make with fresh lychee?
There are so many great ways to use lychee! Our personal favorite is to make it into a simple syrup for Italian sodas or cocktails. Another popular recipe it to turn it into a refreshing lychee sorbet. 
How do you eat it?
Start by gently removing the outer skin of the lychee. You can do this by either using your fingernail to make a small tear in the skin and then peeling it off, or by using a small knife to make a slit along the side.
Once the skin is peeled off, you'll see the translucent white flesh of the lychee. Carefully twist or squeeze the lychee to separate the flesh from the seed inside. The seed is not edible, so make sure to discard it!
Now that the seed is removed, simply pop it into your mouth and savor the sweet, floral flavor of the lychee "meat". Be mindful of any remaining seeds as you eat.
Repeat the process with additional lychees until you've satisfied your craving. Remember to discard the seeds and enjoy the juicy goodness of each lychee!
How long does it last?
If stored properly in a fridge, they can last up to 1-2 weeks. Storing them in the freezer is one way to preserve lychee long-term.

Product Availability & Out of Stock Products
We are a small batch, local business that releases products in limited quantities.  Occasionally, an item may be temporarily out of stock. Our stock is replenished on a weekly and sometimes a daily basis depending on the particular item and availability of quality lychee. If the product says, "coming soon" or "temporarily out of stock," come visit us again.
When is the best time to place an order?
We accept orders every day of the week. Due to our delivery system being closed on the weekends, we recommend getting your orders in Sunday-Thursday (by 12PM on Thursdays). This will allow us to process your order, pick, and pack it all up so it can be at your door as soon as possible with express shipping.
How can I stay up to date with Information and Sales?
We are most responsive on our instagram page @healingheartslychee, where we post the most current, updated information or promotions/seasonal items. You can also fill out the form on our Contact Us page or reach us via email, healingheartslychee@gmail.com .

Order Status & Tracking an Order

Thank you for shopping with us! We're excited to let you know that your order is on its way. Here's how you can track it:
  1. Check Your Email: Look out for an email titled "Order Confirmation" from us. This email contains important details about your order, including a tracking link.
  2. Click the Tracking Link: Open the email and click on the tracking link provided. This link will take you to the carrier's website or tracking page.
  3. Enter Your Tracking Number: On the carrier's tracking page, enter the tracking number provided in the email. This number allows you to see the real-time status of your shipment.
  4. Stay Updated: Keep an eye on the tracking page for updates as your package moves through the shipping process. You'll be able to see when it's shipped, its current location, and the estimated delivery date.
  5. Delivery Time: Once your package is out for delivery, it's on its way to you! You can expect to receive it on or around the estimated delivery date provided by the carrier.
